1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Citywide Garages website and services, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Services
Citywide Garages provides car repair, vehicle servicing, MOT testing, vehicle recovery, and related automotive services. All services are subject to availability and our standard terms as communicated at the time of booking.
3. Quotes and Pricing
Quotes are provided based on the information available at the time of inspection. While we aim to provide accurate estimates, the final cost may vary if additional work is identified during repair. We will always seek your approval before carrying out any work beyond the original quote.
4. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of work and collection of the vehicle unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, debit cards, credit cards, and bank transfers. Vehicles may be retained until payment is received in full.
5. Warranties
Repairs carried out by Citywide Garages are covered by a 12-month warranty on parts and labour. This warranty does not cover wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by third parties. Warranty claims must be reported to us within 7 days of discovering the issue.
6. Vehicle Storage
Vehicles left with us are stored at the owner's risk. While we take reasonable care of vehicles on our premises, we are not responsible for loss or damage caused by events beyond our control. Vehicles not collected within 14 days of completion may incur storage charges.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Citywide Garages' liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
8. Website Use
The content on this website is provided for general information purposes. While we endeavour to keep it accurate and up to date, we make no warranties about the completeness or accuracy of website content.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
